Fast broadband is available in Ormiston. 4 Cockburn Halls has WI-FI. Computer cabling around the walls can be activated if a wired connection is needed.
Heating is gas fired warm air to ensure the whole, lofty space is evenly and economically heated.
There is car parking at the building and ample on-street parking during the day.
