Cockburn Halls is an attractive, solid 1930s building, close to the centre of Ormiston village, now converted to Business Suites. It is 4 miles from the A1, and 14 miles (30 minutes) from the city centre.

The main hall of 4 Cockburn Halls is an attractive, well proportioned space with some natural lighting. It has been partitioned into four lockable cubicles, 2 x 2.7 metres.

4 Cockburn Halls has its own entrance, opening into a large, bright foyer. The main hall is approximately 620 square feet, high ceilinged, with a beautiful polished hardwood floor.  There is also a kitchenette, WC (including disabled facility) and cleaner’s cupboard.

Fast broadband is available in Ormiston. 4 Cockburn Halls has WI-FI. Computer cabling around the walls can be activated if a wired connection is needed.

Heating is gas fired warm air to ensure the whole, lofty space is evenly and economically heated.

There is car parking at the building and ample on-street parking during the day.

Lease terms are flexible, with a minimum term of one year. Offers will be considered.
